What does an engagement look like?
The format is set on the first call, depending on the size of the project and the role you need: project manager, Product Owner, or both for the length of a launch.
Do you also manage projects that are not AI?
Yes. I managed web projects and client accounts long before AI: websites, platforms, integrations. AI is simply where I can help most today.
Scrum, SAFe or something else?
I am certified in Scrum (PSPO I) and SAFe (POPM), but I fit the framework to the team. A small team does not need the ceremonies of a large organisation.
Can you take over a project in trouble?
Yes. I start with a written diagnosis: what has been delivered, what is blocking, what should be cut. Only then comes the plan.
Do you work with English-speaking teams?
Yes, French and English are both native languages for me. I write, present and run meetings in both.
