Who is responsible

Baggio Amouzou, AI solutions consultant, Montréal (Québec). I am the person responsible for protecting the personal information this site collects. For any question or request: contact@baggioamouzou.com.

What I collect

Only what you write in the contact form:

• your name and email;
• the name of your company, if you give it;
• what you need and when, if you say;
• your message and the language you want a reply in;
• the page of the site you wrote from.

What I do not collect

This site sets no cookie and loads no analytics tool, no advertising pixel and no third-party script. It only remembers, in your browser and for the length of your visit, that the loading screen has already been shown. Like any site, the server records technical information such as the IP address and the page requested, for security and to keep it running. I never cross-reference it with the form.

Why

To reply to you, and to follow up on your request if we work together. Never to sign you up for a newsletter, and your details are never sold, rented or passed on.

Who can see it, and where it travels

Only me. For your message to reach me, it passes through a few technical services:

• n8n, an automation tool I host myself on a server located in the United States;
• Resend, which delivers the notification email, in the United States;
• Telegram, which sends a notification to my phone;
• Google, which hosts my mailbox.

Outside Québec

These services are located outside Québec, mostly in the United States, so your information is processed there, with the level of protection those services provide. If you would rather nothing went through them, email me directly or call me.

How long

The automation tool deletes its technical logs automatically after seven days. The email and the notification stay in my mailbox and my messaging app for as long as the business relationship calls for it. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to contact@baggioamouzou.com. I answer in writing. If my answer does not satisfy you, you can turn to Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
