Leads left waiting.
A form comes in and nobody sees it until the next day. An automation files it, qualifies it and tells you within the minute.
SERVICE 02 · AI AUTOMATION
Repetitive tasks cost your team hours: copying leads, chasing, confirming, updating a spreadsheet. I automate them with n8n and AI, as readable workflows your team can open and understand.
01 / WHAT IT SOLVES
A form comes in and nobody sees it until the next day. An automation files it, qualifies it and tells you within the minute.
A spreadsheet here, a CRM there, emails somewhere else. I connect the tools so each piece of information lives in one place.
Appointment reminders, follow-ups after a call, confirmations: whatever depends on someone's memory eventually slips.
Calendar, phone system, database, CRM: if a tool has an API, it can be connected.
02 / WHAT I DELIVER
WHAT YOU GET
Concrete deliverables, not a slide deck.
TOOLS
n8n · NocoDB · PostgreSQL · Supabase · Twilio · Cal.com · Telegram · API REST
n8n's native nodes first, clear names, no hidden code where a standard node does the job.
Calendar, phone and text messaging, databases, email, CRM, and any documented API.
Sorting, summarising, extracting, drafting. Never to decide on its own what someone should be checking.
Consent, unsubscribes, STOP handling for texts, suppression lists. By default, the system says no.
When a workflow fails, you know right away instead of finding out a week later.
What each workflow does, what it touches, and how someone else can take it over.
03 / HOW IT GOES
We write the process down as it really happens, exceptions included.
What gets automated first, ranked by business value, and what should stay human.
One workflow at a time, tested on real data before it is switched on.
Alerts on failure, an execution history, adjustments as you go.
04 / PROOF
05 / FREQUENTLY ASKED
n8n can be self-hosted: your data goes through infrastructure you control, and the bill does not climb with every run. For a very simple need, Zapier is sometimes enough, and I will tell you so.
Each workflow can only reach what it needs to touch, and the keys live in n8n's credential store, never in the code.
I can, if you want, or your team can: the workflows are documented and built from standard nodes, so someone else can take them over.
No. We start from what you already use, and a tool only gets replaced if it truly stands in the way.
No. Much of the gain comes from plain automation. AI helps where something has to be read, sorted or written.
Describe it as it happens today. I will tell you what can be automated, what should not be, and where to start.
